We offer delivery to postal addresses located in Canada only.
Once the purchase is made, you will receive an email confirming your order with a detailed invoice.
Orders are shipped with Canada Post. Delivery costs are calculated at the time of the purchase based on the items ordered and the mailing address.
The time for processing an order before shipment is approximately 1 to 3 business days. Please note that these deadlines are not a guarantee of on-time reception, but only an estimation.
Delivery times are between 3 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Please note that due to the pandemic, delivery times may be longer than the estimated 5 days.
Parc Oméga is not responsible for delivery delays or misdirected packages.

It is also possible to pick up your order directly at Parc Oméga, at the following address: 399, route323 North, Montebello, J0V 1L0.
Go to the accommodation reception / administrative office with your confirmation number and invoice in hand.
You will receive an email with directions when your order is ready for pickup.
Exchange and refund policy
All of our items are non-refundable but can be exchanged.
In the event of a damaged package or an order error, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of the date of receipt.
No return will be made without written authorization from Parc Oméga.
In the event of a damaged package, an item will be exchanged free of charge.
In the event of an item or clothing size error, an exchange will be made. Please contact us within 14 days from the date of receipt.
